Short Synopsis:

1969, Vinny Rigatoni, a suave, Italian milkman fathers an illegitimate child with Orthodox Jewish housewife, Rebecca Manischevitz.
     From the moment baby Joshua entered the world, it was apparent to all who laid eyes on him that something was very wrong.
     At six, Joshua refused to wear anything but muscle shirts and insisted on being called 'Joey.'
     At 13, he set up a protection racket in the playground protecting the Jewish kids from the bullies. Soon he became the protector of all the playground victims and quickly rose to be the Boss of the schoolyard.
     Unfortunately Joey's rule was cut short as he was exposed and expelled.
     Then came the news that flabbergasted Rebecca. Joey's life was about to change in ways no one could have predicted.

Our story begins in 1969, when Vinny Rigatoni, a suave, Philandering, Italian milkman with mob leanings, fathers an illegitimate child with Rebecca Manischevitz, a dutiful yet free spirited, Orthodox Jewish housewife.
     From the moment baby Joshua entered the world. It was apparent to all who laid eyes on him that something was very wrong. At the Bris the whole family was shocked by baby Joshua's enormous endowment. By the time he was six, Joshua refused to eat anything but spaghetti, refused to wear anything but muscle shirts and tattoos and insisted on being called 'Joey'.
     At 13, his Jewish father Chaim tried to teach Joshua about the family business. Unfortunately 'Joey' took his father's lessons and used them to no good, setting up a protection racket in the playground protecting the Jewish kids from the bullies. But Joshua thought his deeds were noble as he soon become the protector of all the playground victims, quickly rising to be the Boss of the schoolyard.
     Unfortunately Joey's rule didn't last long as the school principal got wind of his enterprise and expelled him.
     Things were bad for the Manishevitz' and getting worse - Joshua had become irascible and business at the family-run Kosher deli was terrible. Then came the news that flabbergasted Rebecca. Joshua's real father, the onetime milkman and rising local mobster, died suddenly, leaving her no choice but to reveal her long kept secret to her son.
     Joshua's life was about to change in ways no one could have predicted.
