Wonders of the Invisible World

Cotton Mather, the New England Puritan clergyman, theologian, and witch hunter authored the "Magnalia Christi Americana" of which "Wonders of the Invisible World" appears as part of the sixth part ("Discoveries and Demonstrations of the Divine Providence in remarkable Merices and Judgements on Many Particular Persons") though it has been printed separately. This section describes the wonders of the invisble world, of worthy people succored when in dire distress, and the sad ending of many wicked ones, and of the cases of witchcraft at Salem and other places.
