WEIRD TALES - the 2nd Incarnation

Leo Margulies acquired the rights to the Weird Tales name and began publishing in 1973.  Sam Moskowitz was the editor.  Perhaps the era was not right for the resurrection of a pulp magazine.   The magazine survived only four issues over two years and stopped publishing after the summer of 1974.
